The brand-new stock Peace & Living Public Company Limited, or PEACE, made a successful debut on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Thursday, as the share price gained 41% from its IPO price.
The share price of PEACE closed at THB5.60/share, or up THB1.62/share or 40.70% from its initial public offering price (IPO) of THB3.98/share, with a trading value of THB1,156 million.
PEACE is a real estate development company with more than 30 years of experience in real estate business. Currently, the company has 7 active projects and 3 potential future projects with a total backlog value of THB600 million as of 30 September 2021.
