Sappe Public Company Limited (SET: SAPPE) announced on December 8, 2022, that the board of directors has approved SAPPE Holding (Thailand) Company Limited (a subsidiary) to establish a subsidiary in foreign country to strengthen the competitiveness and to expand the business.
Sappe Holding’s shareholding in this subsidiary is 100% of the registered capital and the registration is expected to be completed within June 2023.
