Mena Transport Public Company Limited (SET: MENA) announced that the board of directors meeting No. 11/2022 on December 15, 2022 has passed the resolution to approve the establishment of a joint venture company with Tawandang Logistics Company Limited (TWD) a subsidiary of C.J. Express Group Company Limited, under the name of TD M Logistics Company Limited (TDM).
The business type is transportation with registered capital of less than 350,000,000 baht, to distribute consumer goods and other products.
The company and TWD had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on December 14, 2022, and planned to complete its registration within the first quarter of 2023.
