Origin Property Public Company Limited (SET: ORI) announced on Friday that the company has approved One Origin Company Limited, a subsidiary of the company, to establish a new registered company and enter into a joint venture agreement with TLTH Co., Ltd., which was a subsidiary of Tokyo Land Asia Pte Ltd.,
The registered capital of THB 281,000,000 consisted of 28,100,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 baht per share.
The company’s objective is hotel business, the shareholding were two groups, details are as follows:
Group A, 0.001% (1 share) held by Mr. Pitipong Trinuruk, 50.999% (14,330,999 shares) held by One Origin Company Limited. Group B, 49.000% (13,769,000 shares) held by TLTH Co., Ltd.
The signing of the joint venture agreement was successfully completed on December 29, 2022, and the shareholding restructuring was completed on December 30, 2022.
