RATCH Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) announced that RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte. Ltd. (RHIS), the company’s indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, has signed a sales and purchase agreement to invest in a coal-fired thermal power plant.
The power plant has a total capacity of 2,045 megawatts and is located at the Paiton Power Generation Complex in the Republic of Indonesia.
RATCH has announced that it has reached an arrangement under which it would acquire 36.26% of the power plant business in PT Paiton Energy and in Minejesa Capital B.V. and would acquire 65% in IPM Asia Pte. Ltd.
