Wise Estate 17 Company Limited and Wise Estate 18 Company Limited have a registered capital of 1,000,000 baht and 10,000 ordinary shares at THB 100 per share, with both companies’ objectives being real estate development.
The shareholding structure is 99.97% held by Assetwise Public Company Limited, which also has an incorporation date of February 24, 2023.
