The share price of SKY ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY) rose more than 4% in the afternoon session after the report of its success in raising funds yesterday from private placement.
As of 15:59 BKK time on Wednesday, the share price of SKY rose THB1.00 or 4.18% to THB24.90 per share.
Yesterday, SKY announced that the sale of 60 million common shares of the company offered to private placement to raise 1,008 million baht were fully subscribed.
The offered price at THB16.80 per share is 90% lower than the trading price in the market, which is at THB24.04 per share. According to the transaction measure, all three investors from the private placement will be restricted with a one-year silent period.
