BCPG has announced that on 31 October 2023, the company completed the conditions under Purchase and Sale Agreement with 730 Carroll, LLC to acquire the additional 40% interests in Carroll County Energy Holdings LLC, which operates 700 megawatts combined cycle power plants in the US.
The initiation into the transaction was first announced on 4 August 2023, indicating an investment for the 40% shareholding of not exceeding $145 million (approx. THB 5,031 million).
BCPG stated that the company currently has the post-transaction ownership of 48.7% and installed capacity proportionate by ownership at 341 megawatts.
