JPARK Rises 4% after Acquiring a Parking Deal at Khon Kaen International Airport

On Monday at 11:24 AM (Bangkok time), the share price of Jenkongklai Public Company Limited (mai: JPARK) rose by 4.44% or THB 0.30 to THB 7.05 per share, with a trading value of THB 60.66 million.

JPARK stated via “Kaohoon” that the company had recently acquired a new deal to manage a parking building at Khon Kaen International Airport, with a capacity of 550 slots and a contract period of 10 years (contract renewal conditions and value were in the process of negotiation).

Regarding the plan for 1Q24, the company expected to close the deal on expanding at least 2,000 parking slots, in which the project would be continuously announced within March 2024. As for the second through the fourth quarter, JPARK would constantly expand its parking slots to achieve the target of 10,000 by the end of year.

The company aimed to increase revenue growth by 30-40% compared to last year by mainly expanding its parking slots as well as other services, as it did not foresee any negative factors to pressure the company in 2024.

JPARK’s investment capital in 2024 would still be mainly spent in the 6-story parking building project for Pranangklao Hospital, a 30-year lease with 532 car parking slots for cars and 72 parking slots for motorcycles, including 18,242 square meters of living area and 2,049 square meters of commercial area, and the project for Siriraj Hospital with an investment value of THB 800 million.
