BCPG Acquires 108MW Solar Power Projects in Taiwan, Reinforcing Position as Regional Green Energy Leader

Rawee Boonsinsukh, CEO and President of BCPG Public Company Limited, disclosed that the Company has expanded into Taiwan through a 100% acquisition in Xiao Zhi Co., Ltd., a developer of substation and transmission line system for a 200-MW solar power plant which is now under development. Xiao Zhi also secures leasehold rights for the development of an 83-MW solar power project of which permit applications are currently underway and the construction is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2025.

In addition, BCPG has acquired a 100% equity in Wang Heng Co., Ltd., which holds leasehold rights to develop a 25-MW solar power project. The project is scheduled to apply for permits and commence construction in Q1/2026.

Both projects brought about a total production capacity of 108 MW, reinforcing BCPG as a major accelerator of energy transition towards sustainable and reliable power in Asia.
