WHA Logistics, a leader in logistics and warehousing solutions, has reported strong performance in 1Q25, achieving its set targets with significant growth in both revenue and customer base. This success is attributed to the development of warehouse solutions that meet customer needs in an era where supply chain management is crucial.
Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Group CEO of WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: WHA), announced that in the latest quarter, the company successfully signed contracts with clients totaling over THB 3.59 billion. These agreements include new clients such as a global leading consumer goods manufacturer and distributor, as well as a prominent third-party logistics provider.
Additionally, WHA secured an award-winning project from a leading building materials and home decor retailer, involving a Built-to-Suit warehouse project spanning 40,000 square meters, valued at over THB 1,600 million. The company also entered into high-return short-term lease agreements covering approximately 35,000 square meters.
Ms. Jareeporn emphasized that the strong performance in this quarter reflects WHA’s commitment to delivering high-quality warehouse solutions that enhance business efficiency for clients. She also reaffirmed the company’s dedication to maintaining the highest service standards.
WHA Logistics continues to seek opportunities to expand its warehouse space and develop additional services to meet the growing market demand. The company anticipates sustained growth in the upcoming quarter. Key projects planned for this year include: WHA Mega Logistics Center Theparak km. 21 Phase 3, WHA Mega Logistics Center Chonlaharnpichit km. 4 Project 2 and the first Logistics Park in Vietnam, which was officially launched in February.
As of the first quarter of 2025, WHA Logistics leased and managed a total of over 3,092,621 square meters of warehouse space. The company continues to focus on developing solutions that meet the specific needs of each industry and integrating technologies to enhance warehouse management efficiency.
