Thai President Foods Public Company Limited (SET: TFMAMA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company’s Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2025 held on Wednesday, 18th June, 2025 has resolved to approve investment in the establishment of a new subsidiary of the Company.
The subsidiary, Thai President Beverage Co., Ltd., will be established within July 2025 with a registered capital of THB 145 million divided into 1,450,000 common shares at par value THB 100. The company will hold 55% of the subsidiary shares, while Komsan Saelee and Chanond Ruangkritya will hold 25% and 20% of the shares respectively.
Thai President Beverage is established to expands the type of business of the company, and to obtain the return in dividend.
