ATLAS Plans 4Q IPO in Partnership with PTG Energy to Launch All-In-1 Service Stations

PTG Energy Public Company Limited (SET: PTG) has partnered with Atlas Energy Public Company Limited (ATLAS) to launch the “PT Max Rest Nakhon Chai Si 11” station, aiming to transform traditional PT oil and LPG service stations into comprehensive rest and service areas for travelers along main routes and residents of Nakhon Pathom province. This initiative targets positioning the facility as a primary “resting area destination.” The project is operated under Olympus Oil Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ATLAS.

The PT Max Rest Nakhon Chai Si 11 marks a significant milestone, reflecting the companies’ commitment to innovating Thailand’s service station landscape through Atlas and Olympus Oil’s management. The new format promises to strengthen PTG’s ecosystem by offering an integrated, robust, and sustainable business model, bridging the energy sector and expanding into non-oil products. This synergy aims to enhance PTG Group’s competitiveness in the long run.

On the corporate development front, ATLAS has made progress towards its Stock Exchange of Thailand listing, having already received approval for its filing from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company expects to launch its initial public offering (IPO) within the fourth quarter of this year.

ATLAS, a leading LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) distributor in Thailand and a PTG Energy affiliate, serves household, transportation, and industrial sectors under the “PT Cooking Gas” and “PT LPG” brands.

Suwatchai Pitakwongsapon, Managing Director of ATLAS, stated that the development of PT Max Rest Nakhon Chai Si 11—an investment exceeding THB 200 million and expected to break even within 6–7 years—will elevate PT service and LPG stations into full-service lifestyle hubs.

The site incorporates flagship outlets such as Punthai Coffee, Coffee World, and the country’s first flagship Subway Drive-Thru, along with Autobacs car service and repair centers, and “Elex by EGAT PT” EV charging stations to cater to the electric vehicle megatrend. Additional amenities include popular retail brands and green spaces designed to enhance travel safety, aligning the facility with contemporary lifestyle station standards.
