Mr. Apisit Soonthronchukiat, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Origin Vertical Corporation Co., Ltd. (ORIGIN VERTICAL), under Origin Property Public Company Limited (SET: ORI), stated that in 2Q25, the company completed a big-lot transfer of 278 units from the Origin Plug & Play E22 Station project to Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL (SET: DELTA), the country’s leading provider of power and thermal management solutions and a major electronics components manufacturer. Currently, over 90% of the units have been sold, with the main focus on both real demand (for personal residence) and investment buyers.
The Origin Plug & Play E22 Station project, valued at THB 2.4 billion, is a mid-high-end condominium, ready for occupancy, and pet-friendly. It is located adjacent to the Sai Luat BTS Station of BTS Green Line (Sukhumvit Line) on over 3 rai of land. The single 25-storey building has a total of 1,044 residential units and 1 retail-store unit. Room designs feature ceilings 4.2 meters high, with usable spaces ranging from 22 to 34.5 square meters, and starting prices at THB 1.89 million.
For the remainder of this year, ORIGIN VERTICAL is preparing to deliver the Origin Plug & Play Srinakarin project, a new condominium valued at THB 1.7 billion, featuring ceilings 4.2 meters high. The condominium is located next to Srinakarin Road, and approximately close to MRT Si Dan and MRT Si Bearing Stations of MRT Yellow Line (Nakkhara Phiphat Line). Developed on over 2 rai of land, the single tower stands 35 stories, with 593 units and 1 retail-store unit, at a starting price of THB 2.99 million. Sales have already surpassed 70%.
Mr. Apisit further stated that the overall outlook for Thailand’s real estate sector in the last four months of 2025 is gradually improving, supported by declining interest rates, a reduction in transfer and mortgage registration fees to 0.01%, and temporary relaxation of Loan to Value (LTV) criteria. These policies are strong incentives for consumers to purchase or transfer property ownership, as they significantly reduce financial burdens.
Condominium market competition for the remainder of the year remains vibrant, prompted by various promotional campaigns aimed at boosting purchases, accelerating sales, and increasing revenue during the year-end and into early next year. ORIGIN VERTICAL’s marketing, sales, and project development processes focus on attention to detail and meet all aspects of modern living, under the concept of “Creative Living for All” for consumers.
The company also targets the pet-owning segment, operating with the “Pet Humanization” concept, ensuring room and facility designs tailored for pets.
