JAS Extends Gains after Demanding NT’s THB5.1 Billion Payment without Delay

The share price of Jasmine International Public Company Limited (SET: JAS) extended gains on Thursday, following the announcement that the company will require full payment of THB 5,147,596,571.64 from National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT).

Following a 4.23% gain yesterday, JAS extended its gain by 1.35% to THB 1.50 per share. The positive sentiment came after the company affirmed its adherence to the Supreme Administrative Court’s order requiring full payment by 29 September 2025 from NT. This development came as NT requested an extension of the dispute resolution period and a suspension of statutory interest charges, proposing a new deadline of 31 October 2025.

This is in regard to the Supreme Administrative Court’s order in the legal dispute between Jasmine Submarine Telecommunications Co., Ltd. (JSTC), a subsidiary of the Company, and National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT).

On 31 July 2025, the Supreme Administrative Court rendered an order enforcing the judgment of the Central Administrative Court, thereby obligating NT to pay JSTC a total amount of THB 5,147,596,571.64, inclusive of statutory interest accrued up to 29 September 2025. Pursuant to the order, NT is required to fully discharge its payment obligation within 60 days, i.e., no later than 29 September 2025.
