Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (SET: THAI) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company completed the registration of two newly established subsidiaries on 24 October 2025. The details are as follows:
1) THAI MRO Services Company Limited established to operate Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services has a registered capital of THB 1,000,000 with the company holding 100% of its total issued shares.
2) THAI MRO Group Company Limited established to operate Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services has a registered capital of THB 1,000,000 with the company holding 100% of its total issued shares.
