Mono Seeks Shareholder Approval for Major Premier League Vietnam Consulting Deal

Mono Next Public Company Limited (SET: MONO) is moving forward with plans to expand its operational footprint in the Vietnamese content market, placing a significant consulting and services agreement. This will be proposed for shareholders approvals on February 6, 2026.

The core focus of the consultation agenda item from the Board of Directors meeting on December 8, 2025,  is to consider and approve the connected transaction regarding the Consulting and System Integration Services Agreement for the Broadcasting of Premier League Content in Vietnam. This agreement is essential because it involves MONO Streaming, a subsidiary of Mono Next, providing services to Jasmine International (Hong Kong) Limited (JAS HK), a connected person due to both companies sharing the same major shareholder, Mr. Pete Bodharamik.

Under this agreement, MONO Streaming will act as a consultant and provider of system integration services specifically for the distribution of Premier League football content in Vietnam. The services cover critical operational areas, including:

  • Technical broadcasting operations.
  • Marketing and public relations strategy planning.
  • Overseeing content production to ensure compliance with Premier League standards.
  • Developing and managing data connectivity systems and subscriber reporting.
  • Acting as a coordinator between the rights holder (FAPL) and local content distributors in Vietnam to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

Due to this transaction being a connected transaction, approval is mandatory and requires no less than three-fourths of the total votes of shareholders present and eligible to vote, excluding those with a conflict of interest. The Board of Directors views the transaction as beneficial, noting that it is expected to generate additional revenue for MONO Streaming and support the Company’s long-term business growth.
