The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand has disclosed that David Van Dau, a director of CK Power Public Company Limited (SET: CKP), purchased over three million shares of the company during December 2-3, 2025.
According to the filing, Van Dau executed three separate transactions totaling 3,034,900 shares with a combined value of approximately 6.76 million baht. The purchases were made on December 2 and December 3, with transaction prices ranging from 2.16 to 2.27 baht per share. The weighted average price across all three transactions stands at approximately 2.23 baht per share.
The transactions were conducted through an Auto Matching system via Bank Julius Baer. The purchases represent a notable increase in Van Dau’s stake in the power generation company to about 38 million shares after the completion.
CK Power Public Company Limited is a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, operating in the power generation sector.
David Van Dau is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of PSG Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: PSGC) since December 2021.
