SUSCO Denies Involvement in Oil Shipment to Cambodia

Following news reports presented via social media and other outlets, which contained images and content implying the company’s involvement in the export of fuel oil to the Kingdom of Cambodia via the vessel H. NAKHARACH 26, SUSCO Public Company Limited (SET: SUSCO) has clarified through the Stock Exchange of Thailand that neither the company nor its subsidiaries are the owners of the aforementioned vessel.

However, Siam Mongkol Marine Company Limited, a subsidiary of the company, is involved solely in its capacity as a contracted provider of Ship Management services, in accordance with the Ship Management Agreement. The agreement was executed a long time ago and is stipulated to expire at the end of 2025. The company has no intention of renewing the agreement until the situation between the two countries returns to normal.
