True Move H Universal Communication Pays 8th Installment of 900 MHz Spectrum License Worth THB4.07 Billion

True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of True Corporation PCL (SET: TRUE), has made the 8th installment payment for the 900 MHz spectrum license (890–895 MHz paired with 935–940 MHz), amounting to 4,072,848,000 baht (including VAT), to the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) on December 26, 2025. The company also placed a Letter of Guarantee from financial institutions to cover the remaining spectrum license payments.

TRUE remains committed to continuously enhancing service quality for TrueMove H and dtac customers by managing and optimizing spectrum across low-, mid-, and high-band frequencies for maximum efficiency.

These efforts aim to further improve user experience, coverage, and signal quality across urban areas, high-rise buildings, communities, regional and remote locations, as well as emerging tourist destinations. The company continues to support equal access to digital communications services, strengthen Thailand’s long-term digital infrastructure, and contribute to the advancement of the country’s digital economy.

In connection with the payment, True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Chakkrit Urairat, Chief Regulatory and Government Relations Officer, together with Mr. Narupon Rattanasamaharn, Head of Regulatory and Government Affairs Division, and Ms. Kanokporn Kunchaicharoenkul, Head of Regulatory Strategy Department, formally submitted the 8th installment payment for the 900 MHz spectrum license to the NBTC.

The payment was received by Mr. Sutisak Tantayotin, Deputy Secretary-General of the NBTC for Telecommunications, along with Mr. Poompat Palakarn, Executive Director, Public Relations Bureau, and Mrs. Puttachad Manmontri, Executive Director, Facilities-Based Telecommunications Business Licensing Bureau, at the NBTC Office on December 26, 2025.
