- APAC Investors to gain new, audit-ready financial AI intelligence technology for Regulated Markets
BridgeWise, the global leader in AI for Wealth, today announced the acquisition of Chicago-based Context Analytics, the leading AI-powered alternative data processing company used by tier-one financial firms including S&P Global Market Intelligence. The technology will be made available immediately via API to banks, brokers and investment platforms across APAC working with BridgeWise including Rakuten Securities, Japan Stock Exchange.
The acquisition brings ‘wealth native AI’ – a new category of financial AI – to Asia-Pacific, built for regulated decision-making rather than generic text generation. By combining Context Analytics’ unstructured data processing with BridgeWise’s institutional-grade investment intelligence, the companies have created a single platform that can analyse market narratives at scale while meeting governance and supervisory requirements.
In practice, this means financial institutions can analyse sources such as news, earnings transcripts, regulatory filings and social media as machine-readable intelligence. Instead of black-box summaries and generic large language model (LLM) outputs, the platform produces structured, predictive data feeds, clear sentiment scores, and event-linked context that remain traceable to source material.
The New Benchmark in AI for Wealth
BridgeWise sets the standard for compliant, multilingual AI recommendations and analysis across more than 70,000 global assets. By integrating Context Analytics, BridgeWise can decode the full spectrum of market information, providing a holistic solution for banks, brokers, investment managers and financial service providers in the capital markets. Outputs are normalized, traceable to source and suitable for audit and supervisory review in markets such as Singapore and Japan where AI governance expectations are tightening.
Financial institutions have increasingly questioned the use of general-purpose AI models in high-stakes investment decision-making, particularly where explainability, auditability and oversight are required. While generalist, off-the-shelf LLMs have introduced AI to the mainstream, they lack the domain-specific rigor and governance required for highly regulated environments as regions race to introduce legislation such as the EU’s AI Act. BridgeWise provides the only AI-native, fully transparent alternative for a complex, regulated industry that cannot rely on generic models.

“Across Asia-Pacific, financial institutions are under growing pressure to use AI in ways that are transparent, auditable and suitable for regulated markets,” said Mr. Dor Eligula, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at BridgeWise. “By bringing Context Analytics’ unstructured data processing into our platform, we are enabling banks and brokers in the region to move beyond generic AI summaries toward intelligence they can trust in production environments. This acquisition strengthens our roadmap in Asia-Pacific by giving institutions a single, compliant system that connects raw financial text and market narratives such as social media chatter to explainable investment insight for advisors and investors.”
“Joining BridgeWise allows us to realize the full potential of what we’ve built over the last 13 years,” said Joe Gits, CEO of Context Analytics. “By combining our ability to decode the world’s unstructured financial text and sentiment with BridgeWise’s institutional AI, we are creating a vertically integrated engine that finally bridges the gap between raw information and intelligent action.”
Looking Forward: BridgeWise’s Expansion in Asia-Pacific
The acquisition of Context Analytics marks the next step in BridgeWise’s expansion across Asia-Pacific. In 2024, BridgeWise launched Bridget™, its AI chat solution for financial platforms, and has since grown through partnerships with Rakuten Securities and Japan Exchange Group.
These partnerships have extended BridgeWise’s institutional-grade investment intelligence to more than 25 million users worldwide. By adding auditable unstructured data processing to its platform, BridgeWise is strengthening the intelligence layer behind this growth and accelerating its roadmap for regulated financial AI across Asia-Pacific.
