KISS Reports Continued Earnings Growth in 2025, Accelerates Overseas Expansion Strategy for 2026

Rojukiss International Public Company Limited (SET: KISS) reported Q4 revenue growth of +5% and an outstanding net profit growth of +28%, with full year revenue reaching THB 1,207 million, and net profit of THB 165 million, an increase of 3% YoY. The Company outlines the key growth strategies for 2026 based on stronger innovation pace, international expansion to 8 markets by December 2026 and consolidating its segment expansions into face cleansers and sunscreen.

Mr. Corrado Giaquinto Chief Executive Officer of KISS revealed “We are delighted for the substantial progress in strengthening the company fundamentals, while delivering results in line or above expectations”. The Company generated total revenue of THB 1,207 million in 2025, increased by 3% YoY. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent reached THB 165 million, increasing by 3% YoY. The growth was primarily driven by the continued expansion of the skincare category and entry into Face cleanser and sunscreen segments.

Revenue from the Rojukiss brand increased by 11% YoY, supported by both core and new products. The Company expanded into new product segments, including face cleanser and sunscreen products such as Micellar Water, and introduced new items in the fourth quarter, including UV Stick Aqua Cooling Jelly, UV Shield Tone Up Sunscreen, and CeraB12 Skin Reset Serum, to further drive sales growth.

Revenue growth was mainly contributed by General Trade, which expanded by 31%, and international sales, which surged by 418% compared with the previous year. Modern trade and ecommerce were negative due to inventory reduction and controlled sell in. In modern trade sell out grew over 20%, and in Ecommerce it grew 35% YoY.

During 2025, Rojukiss strengthened its market leadership in the facial mask segment, with market share increasing to 18.0%, up from 14.9% in 2024

Regarding international expansion, the company is now operating in four countries, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Nepal, with at least four more countries planned for the balance of the year. This expansion is expected to support the Company’s target of increasing the overseas revenue contribution to 8% by 2026, with a long-term goal of increasing the proportion to 20% by 2030. This strategy will be implemented through three distribution models:

  1. A direct distribution model led by Rojukiss country managers in priority Asian markets: Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia, and Indonesia, partnering with top-tier players in modern trade and e-commerce
  2. A distributor-led model in other critical Asian markets
  3. A wholesaler model catering to the broader global market by aggressive exhibiting in international shows.

Despite the challenging business environment expected in 2026, the Company will continue to focus on sell out on core domestic business, new segments and international expansion. It expects continuous improvements on its gross profit to fund increased advertising, and will continue to focus on efficient cost management, and controlling selling and administrative expenses to maintain sustainable profitability.
