Gulf Development Public Company Limited (SET: GULF) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Ms. Yupapin Wangviwat has resigned from the company, including her positions as director, Chief Financial Officer, and all other positions held within the company, due to the need to undertake other responsibilities, effective from October 26, 2026 onwards.
In this regard, GULF has informed the following changes:
1) The company has appointed Mr. Smith Banomyong as the new Chief Financial Officer.
2) The Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 14/2026 dated October 26, 2026 resolved to appoint Mr. Ratthaphol Cheunsomchit, President, as a director in replacement of the resigned director.
3) The company proposed the nomination of Ms. Bung-on Suttipattanakit for appointment as a director of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (SET: ADVANC) in place of Ms. Yupapin Wangviwat.
The aforementioned changes will also be effective from October 26, 2026, onwards.
