This special offer is available from May 16 to June 30, 2025, at 21 Bangkok Hospital branches nationwide. Eligible participants must have at least one active FWD insurance policy and be registered members of Omne by FWD.
Policy holders who have not yet used the Omne by FWD can download and register for free via the App Store or Google Play Store to enjoy a variety of activities, earn points, and redeem exclusive rewards.
How to Redeem Omne Points for a Free Flu Vaccine:
- Open the Omne by FWD and go to the “Wallet” menu.
- Tap on the reward banner titled “Free Influenza Vaccination at Bangkok Hospital Network.”
- Slide the “Redeem” button to confirm your reward redemption.
Terms and Conditions:
- Limit of 1 redemption per insured individual for the entire campaign period.
- Limited quantity available — redemptions are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The free flu vaccine (quadrivalent) offer is valid until June 30, 2025.
- Applicable for individuals aged 15 and older.
- Recipients must make an appointment at least 2 days in advance and present the vaccine redemption code to hospital staff. Each code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be reused.
