KH Academy Completes Fifth ‘Prep for Investment Analyst’ Program, Awarding Certificates and Scholarships

KH Academy reaffirms its success as a gateway to the finance industry by holding the closing ceremony for the fifth intensive ‘Prep for Investment Analyst’ program. The event showcased 47 outstanding youth participants from seven leading universities who completed the course. The ceremony also recognized the team that won the workshop activity, awarding them a scholarship of 50,000 baht for the outstanding investment analysis plan.

Mr. Burapha Sanguanwong, Founder of KH Academy, led the executive team in the closing ceremony of the fifth cohort of the ‘Prep for Investment Analyst,’ held on April 1, 2026, at KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus. On this occasion, Mr. Burapha addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of the securities analyst role in building confidence in the capital market.

“The profession of an analyst is similar to that of a journalist; you must be alert and constantly follow news, data, and current events. Analysts are responsible for gathering, summarizing, and accurately conveying information to investors. Therefore, the analyst’s role is vital in fostering confidence in the capital market,” he stated.

Following this, Mr. Burapha awarded certificates to the 47 students from seven universities who completed the program, including Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Kasetsart University, Srinakharinwirot University, Mahidol University, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, and the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.

A highlight of the closing ceremony was the announcement of the results from the investment analysis workshop competition, where teams competed for a scholarship of 50,000 baht. The eight teams, labeled A–H, each received mentorship from experienced analysts within the Thai capital market. The team that impressed the distinguished judging panel the most, and thus won the 50,000-baht scholarship, was Team H.

The mentor for Team H was Mr. Avin Sony, Head of Institutional Sales at Asia Plus Securities, with members of the team including Mr. Khomkit Lueangaramchit (2nd year, UTCC Business School), Mr. Purinut Chouysri (4th year, Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University), Ms. Natthasiri Phetcharat (3rd year, Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University), Ms. Nilobon Nonphianraj (2nd year, Faculty of Business Administration, Mahidol University), and Mr. Phuwakrit Chansuksurachode (4th year, Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University). The awards were presented by Ms. Wanwisa Punosoth, Co-Founder and Director of Partner Relations at KH Academy.

The fifth ‘Prep for Investment Analyst’ program offered students the opportunity to participate in twelve classes over the span of more than one month, acquiring both theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the securities analyst profession. The training was conducted by experts from organizations such as the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Bualuang Securities, Krungsri Securities, Asia Plus Securities, CGS International (Thailand) Securities, and Mahidol University International College (MUIC), along with professional securities analysts and genuine high-net-worth investors.

Additionally, participants broadened their perspectives by visiting Sky ICT Public Company Limited (SKY), a leading organization in ICT (Information and Communication Technology) systems and airport technology services, enhancing their knowledge and professional skills and enabling them to apply what they learned to both academic and professional pursuits in the future.
