Kudun and Partners Company Limited, a leading legal advisory firm and a network partner of KH Academy, continues to strengthen legal expertise among Thai educators through its participation in the Secondary School Law Teacher Training Program, Batch 20, organized by the Faculty of Law at Thammasat University.
As part of the initiative, the firm dispatched a team of expert lawyers, including Mr. Chai Lertvittayachaikul, Partner and Co-head of Projects and Energy Practice, and Mr. Korapat Sukhummek, Senior Associate, to deliver an intensive lecture on the topic of “Protection Awareness for Educators.”
The session focused on delivering comprehensive knowledge of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to enhance teachers’ awareness of their rights and responsibilities under the law. The presentation covered practical strategies for responding to data privacy situations that may arise within schools, addressing perspectives from students as well as parents, and emphasized the responsible use of digital media in the modern era.
The insights gained are intended to be directly applicable in the classroom, equipping teachers with the tools to foster legal awareness among students and reduce risks of legal violations. The lecture was held at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, Tha Prachan campus, on April 22, 2026.
The program brought together 81 selected teachers from educational institutions nationwide, all of whom participated free of charge, with training sessions being conducted from April 20 to 25, 2026, at Thammasat University and KH Academy.
