KH Academy is continuing the core mission of “Kaohoon Turakij” to expand public access to knowledge and contribute to improving the quality of Thai society through the KH Legal Aid initiative, a social program offering free legal education seminars to the public. The project is designed to strengthen understanding of legal rights and responsibilities while helping reduce the risk of unintentional legal violations.
For the June session of KH Legal Aid, university students and the general public are invited to participate in a seminar titled “In-Depth Understanding of Four Essential Contracts to Know Before You Commit.” The event will be led by Mr. Wuttichai Phumsanguan, Expert Public Prosecutor, who will clarify key aspects of debt and collateral laws.
The seminar will provide in-depth insights into the correct procedures for drafting pledge and mortgage contracts, as well as practical information on sale with right of redemption and the protection of redemption rights. Additionally, participants will learn about strategies to safeguard themselves against potential disadvantages in guarantee agreements, thereby helping to prevent unwarranted asset loss or inadvertently becoming debtors.
The seminar is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at KH Academy’s Ratchathewi Campus, near BTS Ratchathewi station. Registration is free and available through the KH Academy application.
