KH Academy continues to uphold the core mission of Kaohoon Turakij to play a role in enhancing and uplifting the quality of Thai society. In line with this objective, the academy has launched the ‘KH Legal Aid’ project, a seminar aimed at increasing public awareness and understanding of legal rights and responsibilities—designed to reduce the risk of individuals inadvertently violating laws due to a lack of knowledge.
For October, KH Legal Aid is inviting university students and the general public to upgrade their legal skills and understanding under the theme, “Understanding the Law, Grasping the Capital Market, and Anticipating Risks in the Investment World.” The seminar will be delivered by expert public prosecutor Mr. Wuttichai Phumsanguan, who will share essential knowledge regarding the Securities and Exchange Act and offer an in-depth exploration of key elements in capital market law and critical regulations that investors should be aware of.
Topics will include best practices for using insider information without breaching the law, analysis and awareness of listed companies’ data and important disclosures, distinguishing the boundary between personal interests and professional ethics, and lessons learned from real-life cases in the capital market.
Interested participants are invited to attend the seminar on Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at KH Academy’s Ratchathewi Campus, next to the BTS Ratchathewi station. Registration is free and can be completed via the KH Academy application.
