WHA Utilities and Power Public Company Limited (SET: WHAUP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Synphaet Company Limited to study the feasibility of using renewable energy through Direct Power Purchase Agreements (Direct PPA) and Third-Party Access (TPA) systems. This initiative marks a crucial step in expanding clean energy access for organizations in the future.
The comprehensive study will cover technical feasibility, economic viability, and relevant regulatory frameworks. It aims to assess how modern energy procurement models can be effectively integrated into the operations of the Synphaet Hospital Group.
