The Bureau of the Royal Household has issued a statement regarding Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati, The Princess Rajasarini Siribajra, who has been experiencing health issues. As previously announced, Her Royal Highness lost consciousness due to a heart condition and has been receiving medical care at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society, since December 15, 2022. The attending physicians had previously reported that Her Royal Highness developed a severe bloodstream infection (sepsis) on August 9, 2025.
The medical team has now provided an update, stating that the infection has improved overall. Her blood pressure has stabilized following the discontinuation of vasopressor medications. The medical team continues to administer antibiotics to control the infection and must still provide continuous support for pulmonary (lung) and renal (kidney) functions. Her condition remains closely monitored and under continued treatment by the physicians. The Royal Household Bureau further states that any significant change in Her Royal Highness’s overall condition will be made known in future announcements.
