SKY ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY) had announced that the sale of 60 million common shares of the company offered to private placement to raise 1,008 million baht has been fully subscribed.
The offered price at THB16.80 per share is 90% lower than the trading price in the market, which is at THB24.04 per share. According to the transaction measure, all three investors from the private placement will be restricted with a one-year silent period.
