‘Origin Property’ and ‘Britania’ Jointly Dive into Estate Business with ‘Pruksa Holding’

Origin Property Public Company Limited (SET: ORI), Britania Public Company Limited (SET: BRI), and Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited (SET: PSH) published statements of the establishment of joint investment companies via the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

According to the resolution of the Board of Directors meeting of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited (SET: PSH) on 20th October 2023, approval was granted for entering into a 3-joint venture agreement between Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited (PS) and subsidiaries of Origin Property Public Company Limited. Origin Property Public Company Limited (SET: ORI) has approved One Origin Public Company Limited (ONEO), a subsidiary of the company, which engages in the real estate development of the hotel and hospitality business, to enter into the joint venture agreement with Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited (PS), a subsidiary of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, which engages in the real estate development of residential property.

ONEO has completely signed the Joint Venture Agreement on 28 December 2023. In this regard, the shareholding restructuring shall be completed within 31 January 2024. After the shareholding restructuring.

The name of the company in the agreement is ONE ORIGIN SAMUI CHAWENG BEACH 1 COMPANY LIMITED. The company object is hotel business, with the company’s working capital as its source of funds.
