TEAMG reported a net profit of 129.27 Million Baht, increasing by 26.21 Million Baht or 25.4% from 103.06 Million Baht in 2022. The increasing net profit was in line with the increase in sales and service revenue and the decrease in cost of sales and services. Consequently, the net profit margin increased from 6.3% in 2022 to 7.7% in 2023.
The company had a total revenue of 1,685.32 Million Baht, increasing by 45.83 Million Baht or 2.8% from 2022. The total revenue in 2023 consisted of sales and service revenue in the amount of 1,673.67 Million Baht and other revenue in the amount of 11.65 Million Baht, which consisted of publication revenue, gains from software sales, gains from equity investment that are determined to be measured at fair value, and others miscellaneous revenue.
The Board of Directors came to a resolution that the company will omit its dividend payout for the operations of last year.
