ITEL’s 1Q24 Net Profit Jumps 112% as Revenue Increase from Service Incomes

Interlink Telecom Public Company Limited (SET: ITEL) has has announced 1Q24 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

ITEL reported a net profit in 1Q24 of Baht 122.96 million, an increase of 112.77% compared to the same period last year, mainly due to the increase of revenue and gain on bargain purchase.

The company recorded a total revenue of Baht 788.07 million in which they increased from the prior year by Baht 231.69 million, or 41.64%, mainly from the rise in total service incomes of 33.66%.

For the three-month period ended 31 March 2024, the Group and the Company had gross profit of Baht 190.94 million and Baht 133.57 million in which the gross profit margin was at 26.31% and 24.35%, respectively. The gross profit margin was increased by comparing the same period of prior year Baht 147.37 million and the gross profit margin was at 27.15%. The increase derived from gross profit margin for each type of service, including service income from network rendering, service income from network installation service, service income from data center space service, and service income from medical equipment service.
