In the second quarter of 2025, JPARK recorded a net profit of THB 18.80 million, a decrease of THB 7.13 million or 27.5% YoY when compared to the same period of the previous year, which had a net profit of THB 25.93 million.
Regarding 2Q25 total revenue, the company had total revenue of THB 129.23 million, a decrease of THB 16.30 million or 11.2% YoY when compared to the same period of the previous year, which had a total revenue of THB 145.53 million.
JPARK’s revenues were generated from four services, which are parking service (PS), parking management service (PMS), consultant and installation parking system service (CIPS), and other services. The details of their performances are as follows:
The parking service business (PS) experienced a decrease in revenue of THB 0.11 million, a decrease of 0.12% YoY. The company did not open a new parking lot during the period. The decline in revenue was mainly due to the overall economic slowdown, particularly in the Banthadthong area, where there was a significant drop in both the number of visitors and the shops operating.
The parking lot management service (PMS) business had an increase in revenue of THB 2.65 million, an increase of 12.39% YoY. In late 2024, the company secured an additional parking management contract and was able to increase the management fee for contract renewal with MRT. During the quarter, the company did not receive the renewal of the One Bangkok parking area management contract, which had no material impact on the overall revenue and profit.
The consulting and installation business of the parking management system (CIPS) had a decrease in revenue of THB 19.61 million, or 61.31% YoY, due to the Smart Parking Management System and Guidance System projects from MRT won in 2023 being completed and delivered in 2024. During the second quarter of 2025, the company was awarded a contract by the Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand to undertake the supply and installation of parking systems (CIPS) and related facilities at the park and ride buildings and lots. The total project value is THB 116.80 million (VAT inclusive). Revenue will be recognized based on the percentage of completion.
Other service revenue mainly represents space rental income for commercial increased by THB 0.77 million, or 26.54% YoY.
As for 2Q25 costs of services rendered, JPARK had a cost of THB 94.89 million, with the cost of services decreased by THB 6.87 million or 6.75% YoY.
