PROUD Sees Positive Outlook with Strong Backlog in 1Q26

Mr. Pasu Liptapanlop, Executive Director of Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (SET: PROUD), stated that the business outlook for 1Q26 remains positive, driven by revenue recognition from transfers of ownership for the “NUE District R9” and “VEHHA Hua Hin” projects.

As of the end of December 2025, the company had a backlog of THB 6.13 billion, which will be gradually recognized as revenue until 2027. This backlog is of high quality, coming from genuine real demand, resulting in a very low rejection rate for transfers of ownership.

Currently, the company’s ongoing sales projects are still receiving good responses. These include completed and ready-to-move-in projects such as “VEHHA Hua Hin” with a total project value of THB 2.37 billion and sales of THB 1.62 billion (69%), “NUE District R9” with a total project value of THB 6.66 billion and sales of THB 6.38 billion (96%), and “VI Ari” with a total project value of THB 466 million baht and sales of THB 375 million (80%).

Additionally, the “ROMM Convent” project, valued at THB 4.15 billion, is about 74% complete in terms of construction and has already achieved sales of THB 3.52 billion (85%). Meanwhile, The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort project, with a total value of THB 2.37 billion, has achieved sales of THB 508 million (21%).

PROUD is also preparing to launch a flagship single detached house project, “VARUNN Chaengwattana-Ratchapruek,” for pre-sale on March 14–15, which is expected to further boost sales in upcoming quarters.

Regarding the real estate outlook for 2026, the market is expected to gradually recover at the beginning of the year, in line with the overall economy, political clarity, and tourism recovery. Meanwhile, the luxury market in CBDs and Resort Residences continues to see strong demand, particularly for projects that focus on Health & Wellness. Furthermore, foreign demand remains a key support, especially in the luxury residential segment for long-term stays and investments.

“Amid intensifying competition, PROUD has set strategies to focus on developing projects that align with real demand, emphasizing differentiated branded residences. We highlight our ‘ALL IS WELL’ concept for sustainable well-being, partner with global brands to deliver superior services, build customer confidence, and drive sales from both domestic and international buyers,” Mr. Pasu added.

For 2025, PROUD achieved a new all-time high with total revenue of THB 6.4 billion, up 183%, and net profit of THB 168 million.
