On February 12, 2026, Super Energy Corporation PCL (SET: SUPER)’s subsidiaries, Super Wind Energy Co., Ltd. (SWE) and Super Energy Group Co., Ltd. (SEG), had completed the sale of 80% of shares in HBRE Gia Lai Wind Joint Stock Company (GL) under the first transaction to Levanta Vietnam Pte. Ltd. and Levanta Holding 2 Pte. Ltd. (LEVANTA Group), with a total transaction value of USD 31.78 million, or approximately THB 985.31 million.
SUPER received a letter from the project’s lending bank to GL, stipulating that the group must maintain a full 100% project loan guarantee even after the completion of the first share sale. This guarantee will be maintained until LEVANTA Group completes refinancing with a new financial institution, which must be within six months of the transaction closing date.
The refinancing process is currently progressing well and is expected to be completed within the deadline. Once LEVANTA Group completes refinancing and repays all debts, the group’s guarantee obligation will automatically terminate. The company will provide further progress updates as appropriate.
Mr. Jormsup Lochaya, Chief Executive Officer of SUPER, stated that selling the shares to the LEVANTA Group will further strengthen the company’s financial standing. The company plans to use the proceeds to repay financial institution debt to reduce interest burden, expand investments in new power plant projects, as well as serve as working capital to enhance business operations and drive sustainable growth.
HBRE Gia Lai Wind Joint Stock Company operates a wind power generation project in Vietnam under the HBRE Chu Prong Wind Farm project, with a production capacity of 50 megawatts, located in Chu Prong District, Gia Lai Province, Vietnam, which began commercial operation on October 29, 2021.
Meanwhile, SUPER is constructing power plant projects in Thailand, with total contracted capacity under Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) of 185 megawatts, supporting long-term revenue and earnings growth and providing sustained returns for shareholders.
Currently, the total power capacity under PPA is 2,069.25 megawatts, with commercial operation at 1,432.28 megawatts. The company targets commercial operation capacity of 1,531.28 megawatts in 2026, with an additional 99 megawatts from wind power projects in Vietnam.
