KH Academy Completes 4th Edition of ‘Prep for Financial Advisor’ Course, Awarding Scholarships and Certificates

KH Academy recently held the graduation ceremony for its fourth edition of the “Prep for Financial Advisor” program, an intensive course designed to prepare participants for a career in financial advisory. The event highlighted the announcement of the winning student team in the workshop competition, which earned a 50,000-baht scholarship, and the awarding of certificates to more than 50 graduates.

The closing ceremony was presided over by Mr. Burapha Sanguanwong, Founder of KH Academy, on September 18, 2025, at KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus. The event was honored by executives and trainers from financial advisory firms, private sector partners—including Asset Pro Management (APM), PrimeStreet Advisory (Thailand), and Thai Union Group PCL (SET: TU)—witnessing the achievements of the graduates.

Mr. Burapha took the opportunity to thank corporate partners for their support, including Asset Pro Management (APM), PrimeStreet Advisory (Thailand), Finansia Syrus Securities (FSS), CGS International Securities (Thailand) (CGSI), and Mahidol University International College (MUIC), as well as the Thailand Capital Market Development Fund (CMDF), for their roles in nurturing and empowering young talents in the finance and capital markets.

“Since its inception, the ‘Prep for Financial Advisor’ course has continued to attract more participants each year. I am confident that those who complete the program will be able to apply their knowledge, experience, and vision in their future careers and businesses as finance and investment are valuable fields with versatile applications in all aspects of life,” said Mr. Burapha.

Certificates were presented to 53 participants from six universities: Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Kasetsart University, Srinakharinwirot University, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and Stamford International University.

A key highlight of the ceremony was the announcement of the winning team from the workshop, where student teams competed by presenting investment and corporate structuring plans to a panel of industry experts.

Eight student teams (Teams A to H) showcased their abilities as financial advisors, impressing the judges with their professionalism and insight. The team that stood out and won the 50,000-baht scholarship was Team C, comprised of Nawinda Kamjornwech (3rd year, Thammasat Business School), Samapa Sivathitikul (2nd year, Thammasat Business School), Thanachot Tiamthanong (4th year, Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University), Nattanan Archapetch (4th year, Kasetsart Business School), Kalyakorn Kornthongkam (2nd year, UTCC Business School), Janwit Mekpeng (2nd year, UTCC Business School), and Suwaree Dararuang (4th year, Kasetsart Business School).

The award was presented by Dr. Somphob Sakpunpanom, Chairman of Asset Pro Management Co., Ltd. (APM), who also gave an inspirational speech encouraging all students to pursue careers in financial advisory, emphasizing their vital role in strengthening Thailand’s capital market.
