Jasmine International Public Company Limited (SET: JAS) has announced that after the completion of the Asset Disposal Transaction as disclosed in details in the company letter No.CS28/23, dated 15 November 2023, to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the company still continues its investments in the subsidiaries.
To this regard, the company still has core businesses. The first is Internet TV service; this core business is operated by Three BB TV Company Limited (3BB TV), an IPTV platform developer who provides the present over 700,000 IPTV subscribers of 3BB under the service name 3BB GIGATV with a variety of contents; this service will also be extended further to AIS customers according to a business collaboration plan between the company and Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited Group (ADVANC), for a 3-year period, starting from 1 January 2024; expecting a total minimum revenue of approximately 1,140 million Baht.
In addition to 3BB TV, the company continues its business operation via Premium Assets Company Limited (PA) – a subsidiary that engages in property rental service, offering space rental in Jasmine International Tower, a 31- storey building on a good location of Chaengwattana Road, convenient to reach with the coming of the MRT Pink Line. Currently, PA offers office space and data center rental service together with other related services such as conference rooms, food court and training rooms.
Also, the company is still running a telecom system integration business via Jasmine Technology Solution Public Company Limited Group (JTS Group). The company still has an interest in operating a green energy business that is environmentally friendly and is now conducting studies on this issue.
The company is still a qualified listed company according to the criteria of Maintaining the Listing Status. In case it is necessary for the company to use the proceeds remaining from Asset Disposal Transaction, the company shall comply with the Notification on the Acquisition or Disposal of Assets, accordingly.
