Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (TG) (SET: THAI) and Drukair Corporation Limited — Royal Bhutan Airlines (KB), officially signed an Interline Agreement to enhance seamless travel convenience and strengthen network connectivity between the two airlines. The signing ceremony was held in Paro, Bhutan, between the two airlines represented by Mr. Chai Eamsiri, THAI Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Tandi Wangchuk, Drukair Chief Executive Officer.
The collaboration enables passengers to enjoy seamless travel connectivity through a single ticket for journeys combining flights operated by Thai Airways and Drukair. The agreement also provides through check-in for both passengers and baggage to the final destination, reducing transit time and enhancing travel convenience via Suvarnabhumi Airport. In addition, Passengers can an also benefit from competitive interline fares that offer greater flexibility and value.
Mr. Chai Eamsiri, THAI CEO stated, “We are pleased to strengthen seamless travel connectivity through our partnership with Drukair, the national airline of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Passengers from Northern Asia and Australia can now enjoy seamless connections to Paro via Bangkok, offering greater flexibility and an enriched travel experience.”
