KH Academy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) to jointly develop academic programs and provide practical learning activities to enhance the knowledge, specialized skills, and career readiness of students at the undergraduate through doctoral levels, preparing them for the demands of the modern business landscape.
The MOU signing ceremony took place on October 29, 2025, with Mr. Burapha Sanguanwong, Founder of KH Academy, and Dr. Rawida Wiriyakitjar, Dean of the Business School at UTCC, as signatories. The event was witnessed by executives from Kaohoon Turakij and KH Academy, including Mr. Siriroje Sirisawat, Deputy Director of News and Business Development at Kaohoon, Mr. Nattaphat Ngouvisitkul, Co-Founder of KH Academy, Mrs. Wanwisa Punosoth, Co-Founder & Director of Partner Relations, and Mr. Thongwat Jittrapart, KH Academy Consultant, as well as faculty members, including Dr. Aannicha Thunyachairat, Asst. Prof. Dr. Wanrapee Banchuenwichit, Dr. Sopida Woranin, Dr. Rinrada Sangbua, and students from the UTCC Business School who are enrolled in the KH Preparatory Programs—three professional preparatory courses offered by KH Academy.
Under this academic partnership, KH Academy and UTCC will integrate curriculum development, knowledge exchange, and the enhancement of specialized skills through a variety of professional activities. The goal is to strengthen the potential of students and equip them for success in today’s rapidly evolving business environment, in line with the country’s ongoing economic and social development. The partnership also aims to raise the public profile and recognition of both organizations.
Mr. Burapha stated, “KH Academy is an extra-university knowledge institution focused on practical skill development and experiential learning. Our instructors are active professionals in financial and capital markets. We provide top-performing students the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings. UTCC excels not only academically but also as a ‘Practice University’ that emphasizes hands-on experience. By partnering with UTCC, KH Academy can further empower students with stronger, more diverse skill sets through short courses, certificate programs, and major courses. This collaboration truly combines the strengths of both institutions.”
Echoing this sentiment, Dr. Rawida said, “As a Practice University, UTCC values both academic learning and practical experience. Partnering with KH Academy expands our learning network, giving students real-world exposure from professionals in finance and investment. Feedback from students who have participated in KH Academy’s preparatory courses has been overwhelmingly positive, affirming the success of this collaboration. We will continue to encourage student participation in such activities, as early knowledge is key to preparing young people for the business world.”
