BCPG Public Company Limited (SET: BCPG) had informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that, according to the resolution of the Meeting of the Board of Directors no.10/2023 held on 28 September 2023, it was approved that the company will invest in four solar power plants with the total installed capacity of 12.95 megawatts by purchasing 100 percent of shares in BS Solar Energy Company Limited, Parabolic Solar Power Company Limited and a newly setup subsidiary of Green Tech Venture Company Limited (GTV), which is set to acquire relevant assets of the said solar power plant.
The total investment value is THB 477.07 million. Thereafter, the company entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with GTV on 15 November 2023.
