Thai Airway International Public Company Limited (SET: THAI) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on June 5, 2025, Thai Smile Airways Company Limited has completed the registration of the dissolution with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
The dissolution of the subsidiary will not affect the company’s operation in any way. The company will proceed with the legal procedures and liquidation of Thai Smile accordingly.
On May 8, 2025 THAI held the plan administrators’ meeting No. 14/2025, which resolved to approve the dissolution of Thai Smile, a subsidiary of the company in which the company holds 99.99% of the total shares.
