Mrs. Supalak Chanpitak, Chief Executive Officer of Britania Public Company Limited (SET: BRI), revealed that this year, the company plans to open six projects, worth a total of THB 7.5 billion. In the first half of the year, BRI already opened new projects, which are the GRAND BRITANIA Krungthep Kreetha-Suvarnabhumi, the BRITANIA Suk Sawat-Pracha Uthit, and BRITANIA Bangsaen.
The GRAND BRITANIA Krungthep Kreetha-Suvarnabhumi is located in Krungthep Kreetha, a popular luxury housing area, near the main road close to the Rama 9 expressway, next to the Airport Rail Link and Suvarnabhumi Airport. The project is under the concept of ULTIMATE BLISSFUL LIVING, discovering the context of life’s enjoyment. This luxury single-family home project comprises 122 houses, a total project value of THB 1.55 billion, and covering the area of 34 rai.
One house covers the area between 56 to 72 square wa and worth between THB 14 – 20 million. These britannia houses follow the universal design that supports multigenerational living and seamless design, which ensures functional flow and smooth integration across living spaces. Furthermore, there are three types of houses in this project.
First and second types are the BATHAPTOM and CLAVERTON, covering the area of 300 and 280 square meters, respectively. Both house types are composed of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 3 parking lots. The last type is the TWERTON, covering the area of 225 square meters and consisted of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 parking lots.
The BRITANIA Suk Sawat-Pracha Uthit is located near the expressway connected to Rama III and the MRT Purple line, covering the area of 49 rai and a total project value of THB 1.75 billion. Each of these 222 houses located near Pracha Uthit 90 road worth between THB 6.99 to 14 million and covered the area of 51.53 – 58.12 square wa.
The three types of houses in this project are the ARLINGTON, ISLINGTON, and KENSINGTON. Both ARLINGTON and ISLINGTON covered the area of 220 square meters and consisted of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 pantry, and 2 parking lots. As for the KENSINGTON, it covered the area of 170 square meters and consisted of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 pantry, and 2 parking lots. They are developed under the concept of “ENDLESS HAPPINESS LIVING WITH NATURE”
Finally, the BRITANIA Bangsaen is the modern British house project under the concept of “YOUR BALANCED PASSION,” located in the middle of Bangsaen near Khao Lam road and Mittraphap Road. The project consisted of 158 two-storey twin and single houses, covering the area of about 35 rai and project valued over THB 1.25 billion.
Each house covered the area of about 38 -99 square wa and worth between THB 5.39 – 10 million. There are three types of houses in this project. First is the BAMBURGH, covering the area of 235 square meters and composed of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 parking lots, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen. The second is the BRANSCOMBE, covering the area of 150 square meters and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 parking lots, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen.
The last is the BRIDINGTON, covering the area of 150 square meters and composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 parking lot, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 Thai kitchen.These houses are the mix between the traditional British house, the modern simplicity, and the functional living spaces.
