KH Academy continues its commitment to social responsibility by organizing “KH Legal Aid,” a public legal education seminar aimed at enhancing legal awareness among Thai citizens. The initiative, inspired by the mission of “Kaohoon Turakij,” seeks to empower the public with knowledge about their legal rights and responsibilities, ultimately reducing the risk of unintentional legal violations. All seminars are offered free of charge.
This September, KH Legal Aid will host a session titled “Clean Money vs. Dirty Money: How to Spot the Difference and Stay Safe,” led by Mr. Wuttichai Phumsanguan, Provincial Public Prosecutor attached to the Office of the Attorney General. Attendees will gain practical insights into Thailand’s Anti-Money Laundering Act, B.E. 2542 (1999). The seminar will cover essential legal provisions, crime prevention techniques, and lessons learned from real-life cases, helping participants recognize the red flags of financial crime and avoid entanglement in money laundering incidents.
The seminar is scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus, Soi Phaya Nak, adjacent to BTS Ratchathewi station.
