BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: BTS) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on December 15, 2025, the company has incorporated a new subsidiary.
The subsidiary, called Kon Talay Thai Company Limited, was established to engage in the food and beverage business. It has a registered capital of THB 1 million divided into 10,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 100 per share.
Thitid Holdings Company Limited, a subsidiary of BTS, will hold 100% of Kon Talay Thai’s shares.
