KH Legal Aid Hosts Public Seminar to Share Insights on Non-Life Insurance Laws

KH Academy is continuing its mission to uplift Thai society by hosting a free seminar as part of the KH Legal Aid project. The initiative, aligned with the core values of “Kaohoon Turakij,” aims to expand legal knowledge and awareness among the public, helping people understand their rights and obligations while reducing the risk of unintentional legal violations.

This December’s KH Legal Aid seminar invites university students and the general public to strengthen their legal knowledge with the theme, “Lessons from the Great Flood: Understanding Non-Life Insurance Laws Before Risk Strikes.” The topic is especially relevant in light of devastating floods in Hat Yai, Songkhla, and other affected regions that have had significant impacts on lives and property.

Mr. Wuttichai Phumsanguan, Provincial Public Prosecutor attached to the Office of the Attorney General, will lead the session, shedding light on essential aspects of non-life insurance law. The seminar will address the rights and responsibilities of policyholders, legal protections, and insurance challenges arising from natural disasters in an era of climate change. Attendees will gain practical insights to better prepare for and manage disaster-related risks legally and efficiently.

Interested participants are invited to join the seminar on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at KH Academy’s Ratchathewi Campus, near BTS Ratchathewi. Registration is available via the KH Academy app on both Android and iOS platforms.

For additional information, inquiries can be made through the KH Academy Facebook page inbox or Line @khacademy. Attendees are kindly requested to refrain from bringing private vehicles due to limited parking availability.
