FWD Life Insurance Plc. (FWD Insurance), led by Mr. Knattapisit Krutkrongchai, Chief Executive Officer, brought a delegation of 24 top-performing life insurance agents to attend FWD Group’s international seminar, HiVE Conference 2026, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The participating agents were selected at the highest level of the HiVE Agency & Summit 2026 programme in recognition of their outstanding achievements in building and developing high-quality agency teams.
During the conference, the Thai delegation exchanged experiences with senior executives and leading agents from FWD Insurance businesses across 10 Asian markets. They also heard from external expert speakers on innovation, vision and business excellence. Executives from several markets, including Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong and Malaysia, also shared their experiences and operational approaches from their respective markets. The sessions aimed to broaden perspectives, strengthen customer-service capabilities and support sustainable business growth.
The trip also offered participants experiences beyond the conference programme, including an exclusive gala dinner at Fabrique des Lumières, an immersive art venue featuring works by world-renowned artist Vincent van Gogh. The delegation also visited key landmarks in Amsterdam, including Dam Square and the Bloemenmarkt flower market.
